All Millar GB appliances are covered by 5 year parts and 2 year labour guarantee

YOUR GUARANTEE COVERS

All products will receive 12 months parts and labour guarantee unless registered within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product is registered within 30 day period from the date of purchase you will qualify for 5 year parts and 2 year labour guarantee.

Proof of purchase from a recognised retailer i.e. Invoice, bank statement or email confirmation must be supplied

All appliances must be fitted by qualified and registered engineer, and certificate must be provided when requested by Millar GB

Any modification and repairs done by not qualified person will void your guarantee

Charge might occur for attending a reported fault that is done by misuse, miss – installation, miss – handling the appliance and improper care

Guarantee is non-transferable

Registered and statutory guarantee is valid for UK customers only, non UK customers will revive 2 year parts guarantee only.

Physical and verbal abuse is against Millar GB’s policy. Anyone proving to be abusive will lose their rights for warranty including statutory warranty immediately.

Millar Gb will replace any products less than 2 years old free of charge if they are proving to be non-repairable.

YOUR GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

Improper installation and assembly

Mis – handling, misuse, improper care, poor maintenance, obviously not following operating manual where necessary.

Accidental damage

Consumables and cosmetic parts and general wear and tear i.e. plastic parts, rubber seals, knobs, burners, ignitors, handles

Glass

Damage during replacement of removable parts i.e. bulbs, ignitors, knobs

Gas leak and electrical faults not related to Millar GB appliance

Usage of appliance in non-domestic environment

Appliance coming into contact with unsuitable materials

Refurbished or second-hand appliances

Use of parts not supplied or recommended by Millar GB i.e. hot plates

*Glass is not covered under your guarantee due to its nature. Following few simple steps should protect your glass from shattering

  1. always have your appliance fitted into the right cut out advised by Millar GB
  2. the appliance must be fitted by a qualified person
  3. any spillage should be wiped immediately
  4. avoid placing any heavy objects directly on the glass
  5. object falling or hitting the glass might cause it to shutter

REGISTERING YOUR PRODUCT

All appliances will be supplied with registration card

Card supplied must be filled out correctly without any missing information and sent to us no later then 30 day from the date of purchase.

  • We accept cards sent to us via post or electronically.

** We will not be able to register your appliance if your information is incorrect or missing

*** Cards sent to us later than 30 days from date of purchase will qualify for statutory 12 months warranty only
